Every year, hundreds of millions of tons of waste are generated by industries all over the world. R.R. Scrap merchant offers to its customers an integrated waste management system to help them optimize their production flow, reduce transportation and landfilling costs and lower the impacts on the environment.
The nature of many industrial operations can lead to some highly-challenging obstacles when it comes to the safe handling, collection and disposal of waste materials.

In some cases, the waste may have hazardous and/or environmentally-harmful properties that require stringent attention to safety, compliance and environmental protection. More so, regulations are becoming increasingly stringent. In China, for example, the government has passed laws that prioritize environmental concerns over economic ones and give it the power to take action against polluting industries and company directors.

Treatment and Recycling of Waste & Used Oil
RR scrap (oil unit) is engaged in the recycling of waste oil by recycling lubricating oil on consignment from customers or collecting waste oil and processing it into recycled heavy oil or supplemental fuel, depending on the components of the waste oil. In this way, we are helping to use limited oil resources effectively. There are three primary streams for the treatment and recycling of Waste oil: for reuse as lubricating oil, conversion to reused heavy oil, and conversion to use as a supplementary fuel.

Treatment and Recycling of Waste Water

We collect liquid waste such as waste acid, waste alkali, and wastewater containing oil, treating it through a combination of chemical pre-treatment and activated sludge treatment. The samples are analyzed through a combination of advanced technology and our extensive experience. Employing our experience in handling large volumes of widely varied waste liquid, at the pre-treatment stage we employ composite treatment to lower the level of processing difficulty by combining waste liquids that are particularly difficult to process. We also collect and convert for reuse copper, nickel, and other such valuable resources.

Treatment and Recycling of Sludge

We attach importance to the analysis of sludge samples before treatment to identify their components and conduct the most effective treatment such as dehydrating and drying and kneading*. As much waste as possible is recycled into raw materials for cement or supplemental fuel, thereby contributing to customers’ zero emissions objectives.
